This is the blog of Wouter Lagerweij. I’m an Agile Coach and enthusiast, software developer, architect, or whatever you want to call it. I’ve been working with XP since 1998, and in recent years been preforming the various scrum roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner and, of course, Team Member) and in general introducing Scrum to companies. Having seen the difference that can be made by working Agile, I’m now focused full-time on helping teams and companies find those advantages as Agile Coach.
